Terms and Conditions apply to all current Harlequin Racing Club members irrelevant of when they joined the Harlequin racing club.

1. Ownership: By taking out a membership in the Harlequin Racing Club you accept in full all these terms and conditions and agree to always comply with them and that you are aged over 18 years of age. Any disqualified persons from any Horse racing or Greyhound racing stadiums or racing syndicates are not welcome to purchase any Harlequin Racing Syndicate shares or any membership to The Harlequin Racing Club. If you purchase a share or membership and it is found out that you are a disqualified person the share or membership will be removed and placed for sale and no refund will be given.
2. Use of Harlequin Greyhound Racing Syndicates and Harlequin Racing Club: All confidential information MUST be used ONLY by the member whose name is entered in the registration form of the Greyhound. If the trainers of our greyhounds inform you personally of any information about the syndicate greyhounds or the Racing Club greyhounds in their care this cannot be held against Harlequin Racing in any way shape of form. Harlequin Racing will brief the owners individually on the expected performance of the Greyhounds in each race.

3    PAST RESULTS: Members must be aware that not every Greyhound will win every race. Past results are not necessarily indicative of future performance of the Harlequin Greyhounds.

4. REFUNDS: Harlequin Racing Club cannot offer refunds of purchases under any circumstances.
5. LIABILITY: Due to the nature of Racing, neither Harlequin Racing nor any of its Data Provided nor affiliates have any liability (whether in contract or tort) for any losses, costs or damages resulting from or related to use of or inability to use any information contained from our services or the provision of the services to the fullest extent to which such liability may be excluded or avoided by law. In no event shall Harlequin Racing be liable to you for perceived or actual lost profits or for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in relation to the provision of the services or the provision provided by Harlequin Racing.
6. INDEMNITY: You irrevocably indemnify Harlequin Racing and its Data Providers and affiliates from and against any and all losses, damages and costs suffered or incurred by Harlequin Racing, any Data Providers or affiliates of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with your use, provision or distribution of information or any part of our services or any part or otherwise howsoever arising in relation to any breach of this agreement by you.
7. Purchasing your share / Membership When you purchase your share of the syndicated Greyhound or your membership to the Racing Club you are purchasing the ownership % of that Greyhound or a share in the Racing Club. Harlequin Racing Club membership is initially a 6 month contract due to stopping people making 1 off 1 month memberships and trying pick off big prize money wins.
8. Monthly Fees Your membership fee to Harlequin Racing Club is £25 per month and will not exceed £25 per month at any time.
9. Harlequin Management. Harlequin Racing will manage the Racing Club as well as the Greyhounds career.
10. Prize Money The Racing Club membership entitles you to a share of the Greyhounds prize money, you will be entitled to your owners % share of the prize money won or run money generated by your Greyhound. The Kennel bills will have all the details of incoming funds as well as the outgoing costs for the Greyhound.
11. The Greyhounds Racing Plans and Career : Harlequin Racing Club will liaise with the trainers about the greyhounds career and which races to be aimed at.
12. INCOME DISCLAIMER: Every effort has been made to accurately represent the products/services sold by Harlequin Racing and of their potential for income or expenditure.
